DESCRIPTION:On Wed\, June 17\, don’t miss Steve Kipp of Gateway Geospatial Group (G3) present\, “Schrödinger’s Intelligence: Number Stations” at GÜG (Geospatial Users Group).  \nA geolocation problem in disguise. Anonymous shortwave broadcasts of spoken digits have run for almost a century\, and the signal blankets the planet\, so attribution collapses entirely into coordinates. Knowing who runs through knowing where. This talk works on the geolocation stack: Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA) across distributed Software-Defined Radio (SDR) receivers\, hyperbolic multilateration\, and receiver geometry tight enough to matter. It closes on a recent station the press pinned to one country until the math put the transmitter somewhere else entirely. \n\n\n\nGeospatial User Group (GÜG) is every third Wednesday\, from 3:30 – 5:30pm CST!
