DESCRIPTION:About this event\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCan we tell if there is a drought or flood in an area of interest\, using historical (time series) soil water content (SWC) data and can we predict future droughts? Downloading QGIS: Download QGIS. We are using QGIS 3.38.0 ‘Grenoble’ for this workshop.
